How custom works

1 · Pick a design

Browse our designs, or add your own words. For anything more involved, upload your own artwork — see step 3.

2 · Pick a cap

Choose the style and colour. Every blank is measured before we stitch — fabric weight, stretch and thickness all change how thread sits, so we record them per batch.

3 · We digitize it

Every design is converted into a stitch file by hand, by a person. This is not an automatic conversion. A brand-new design needs a few extra days the first time; after that it ships with the rest.

Embroidery uses solid thread, not gradients. We reduce artwork to a limited set of thread colours — more colours costs more and takes longer. We’ll tell you the count before we run it.

4 · We embroider it in the USA

Stitched on our own machines. Three photos are taken before your cap ships — hooped, first piece, and finished.
