How custom works
Start with a photo, drawing or a few words. Choose a theme in our custom collection, then pick your cap style and color.
What your order includes
Each theme lists its own scope: one pet portrait, one couple outline, a family drawing, a name or a simple logo on the front of one cap. Check the product page before ordering. For different designs or colors, add each cap separately.
Send your details and order
Upload a clear JPG, PNG or PDF up to 10 MB. Photo themes need a photo or artwork; name and logo themes accept a file or short wording. Enter names and dates exactly as you want them, and add any design notes.
Approve before stitching
Order your cap, then review and approve your embroidery preview before stitching. Fine details, shading and backgrounds are simplified for thread; the preview shows the proposed design.
Need a first-preview date, a specific revision allowance or an event deadline? Contact us before paying so we can confirm the scope and schedule. Artwork preparation, your approval, production and carrier transit are separate stages.
If something needs to change
If your artwork cannot be adapted, we'll agree an alternative with you or cancel and refund before production. For a change or cancellation, contact us before production; conditions are in the return policy.
Our current custom listing images are design examples, not completed customer orders. Personalized items are not returnable for a change of mind. Contact us about damage, defects or a wrong item.
