Designs and their artists

Each design sold on this site was created by a named artist and is licensed to Nidol Inc for reproduction on Nidol products. The artist retains copyright in the design. Buying a product gives you the physical item only. It does not grant any right to reproduce, adapt or resell the design, in thread, print or any other medium, or to use it as a source for other goods.

Trademarks

NIDOL™, the Nidol needle mark and the phrase “Stitched, not printed” are trademarks of Nidol Inc. Other names and marks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners. No trademark may be used without the owner's written permission.

What you may not do

Without prior written permission from Nidol Inc you may not copy, download for reuse, scrape, frame, reproduce, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, or use for training machine-learning models any content from this site. Sharing links to our pages and the social previews they generate is welcome.

Reporting infringement

Nidol products are sold only on nidol.com and through channels we name on this site. If you see our designs or marks offered elsewhere, we would be grateful to hear from you at the address above.
