Blanks are sourced from wholesale suppliers and measured by batch before anything is stitched — fabric weight, stretch and thickness all change how thread sits, so the stitch file is made against the batch it will run on.
Every colour is a separate thread the machine changes to. That is why the count is on the page: more colours costs more and takes longer.
Care
- Cold water, inside out.
- Air dry. Heat is what shrinks fabric around stitching and makes it pucker.
- Don’t iron the stitching. If you must press, iron the fabric around it.
- No bleach.
Embroidery outlasts print, but the fabric underneath still has a lifespan. Treat the cap, not the thread, as the thing that wears out.

30 days, unworn, in original condition.
We will replace or refund anything that arrives damaged or doesn’t match your order — send us a photo within 14 days. We photograph every cap before it ships, so we can usually tell you what happened.
How to put it on
Heat-seal backing, so the design goes where you want it. Full instructions and washing notes are on the Care page.
Pick the spot
Cotton, denim and canvas take an iron-on well. Not nylon, leather or anything waterproof — they can't take the heat.
Heat, no steam
Iron on the cotton setting, about 300°F / 150°C. Glue side down, a thin cloth or parchment over the top.
Press 30–45 seconds
Press, don't slide, with your weight on the edges. Then turn it inside out and press the back for 20 more.
Let it cool
Leave it alone until it is fully cold. If an edge lifts, cover and press again. A few stitches around the edge make it permanent.

Stitched
The design is embroidered onto a stiff backing, edge to edge, with a satin border so it will not fray.
Cut and sealed
Cut to shape, then the heat-seal film is bonded to the back. Photographed before it goes further.
Checked
Edges, thread tension and the seal are checked by hand, then photographed again.
Shipped flat
In a stiff mailer so it arrives flat. Tracking is emailed the moment it leaves.
